| The Singles Motorcycle Club was formed in 1999 to help men with motorcycles meet women who want to be co-pilots (or ride their own bikes). Flo Samuels, the organizer, has run similar clubs in San Diego (1990-1992, 320 members) and in southwest Oregon (1993-1995, 60 members). The Bay area group has over 240 members. The purpose is to have a fun group to ride with (we meet that criteria every time), and, for those looking for a mate, a way to meet someone with a common interest... motorcycling. |
