Promises a lot but falls well short of expectations. How do they propose to attract and retain members when they are so aloof? I would suggest that there is too much in house politics.........

I feel very sad indeed that Bob felt he had to make such a comment. Clearly he knows little of what has and does go on in SAM. I would ask him to examine his own questions more carefully before broadcasting such comments. I and others work very hard in our own time and very often at our own expense so that people like he can derive pleasure and insight, given half a chance. :o) KP

SAM provide good classroom training sessions as well as observed rides. Pete Johnson and Steve Clothier are brilliant! Thanks!

I am a Founder Member and Treasurer of SAM and I know for a fact how much of their own time, money and effort all the Committee Members (both past and current) give freely for the benefit of not only SAM Members, Associates and Friends but also ordinary members of the public who come in contact with SAM. Long may this continue.

SAM is what you make it. Make the effort to turn up at meetings and for the training and its great.

Unfortunately the first meeting I attended I witnessed two members conducting themselves in a far from acceptable manner. I understand this has now been confined to history. Please accept my apologies if I have offended anyone - that was never the intention. I am aware of the considerable efforts made by all so keep it up!
